Unfortunately we are having to put our Marvin up for rehoming through no fault of his own other than not liking cats! 😢 He has become very aggressive towards our cat and has hurt him. Our cat for the last 3 months hasn’t been able to come into our home properly, he comes in through a window & is fed on a window ledge because Marvin tries relentlessly to ‘get at him’. Which he has successfully done a few times but this time was the worst. We hoped his behaviour with our cat would improve but unfortunately it hasn’t. Despite all our best efforts, including calm plug in’s, training, copious amounts of distraction toys etc. We have another Jack Russell and she gets on fine with our cat. So Marvin needs to be in a household with NO CATS. This hasn’t been an easy decision at all but we have had our cat longer and our other dog (also a Jack Russell) gets on fine with him. We will be doing home checks, will be asking for a fee as this will ensure he goes to the right home & not used for other purposes.
