Two 1-Year-Old Female Dogs Looking for Loving Forever Homes
I have two beautiful one-year-old female dogs looking for new homes.
One has recently been returned to me as her breeder, and the other is needing a home because I currently have three dogs and simply cannot give her the time and attention she truly deserves. This has been a very difficult decision, and their wellbeing is my absolute priority.
I own both mum and dad. Dad is KC registered, however mum is not. Both parents can be seen. Since the returned girl has come back, mum and dad haven’t been overly accepting of her re-entering the home, which is understandable — many dogs can struggle when another dog (even their own offspring) comes back into their space.
Both girls are very caring but can be a little wild at times. They absolutely love their exercise and enjoy getting out and about. They don’t react negatively to other dogs in public and are generally well behaved when out, although they can pull on the lead with excitement.
They are very affectionate and real attention-seekers. Because of this, I would ideally like them to go to separate homes where they can be the only dog and receive all the fuss and one-to-one attention. While they don’t “kick off” with other dogs, I’m unsure how they would settle living alongside another dog, especially as they’ve both developed strong, individual personalities.
I am particularly mindful that one of the girls has already experienced being returned from a home, and I do not want either of them to be at risk of not settling again. They deserve stability, patience, and a committed owner who understands the importance of giving them time to adjust.
