Description

Frankie is a 5 year old, black show cocker spaniel male with a sweet personality and a good home temperament. He is KC registered as Rocklloccers Our Earth (certification available to view on request) and has been health tested and marked CLEAR for the following in 2024: Acral Mutilation Syndrome, Degenerative Myelopathy, Exercise-Induced Collapse, Familial Nephropathy (Cocker Spaniel variant), Glycogen Storage Disease Type VII (Spaniel variant), Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRCD). Any further questions on the above or parentage, please get in touch. Please note he has not competed and is not in possession of any CCs. He is purely a pet companion. I am looking to stud him this next 6 months as I feel he is now at the right age in maturity to produce offspring. With the right owner, I would be open to waiving the stud fee and opting for a litter choice, should this be amenable to both parties. He is clipped short (with eyebrows!) as this is more appropriate for our lifestyle but I am able to show photographs from when he was young and maintained a longer coat. He has a small white tuft on his chest but is black everywhere else. He exhibits appropriate tolerance/patience around young children or he is not too fussed by them at all. His nature around people in general is quite relaxed and is almost always curious around other dogs/bitches of all ages. Homewise, he is excellent and can be left long periods without being destructive and is affectionate given the opportunity - normally very happy to sit calmly next to me or takes himself off to his bed. Still very keen to participate in play and loves to follow his nose on walks. A really beautiful and brilliant example of a show cocker pet.
