My beautiful Amba has absolutely surpassed herself , she has presented me with an absolutely outstanding litter of 9 utterly beautiful and perfect F1b Irish doodle puppies - 4 girls and 5 boys ! This is Amba's final litter and all the pups she has produced in the past have been without a doubt, incredible. We kept the wonderful Bonnie from her previous litter ( 2nd picture on advert ) and like her Mum she is the most perfect gentle and loving dog ever. The puppies are thriving, all very uniform in birth size, and as ever Amba is being a devoted Mum. These pups will be medium in size (about 18” to 20” at the shoulder when mature) with excellent coats. Both parents are of course health tested. Amba is an Irish doodle measuring 20" up to her shoulders and Archie is a Kennel Club registered miniature poodle measuring just 11" up to his shoulders, so pups will be 75% poodle , guaranteed to have the doodle look . Dad is Archie - a repeat pairing with Amba their last litter were born around this time last year and the pups are fabulous. Their new families are all delighted with them. Having experienced Archie's pups before I was pleased to be allowed to have him as Dad to Amba's final litter - I knew we’d get great temperaments but with the combination of their DNA’s , colours and markings you never know until the pups arrive exactly what they will look like until they arrive - Well they certainly didn’t disappoint we have a range of reds from apricot to a deep dark red , one girl having the most awesome white markings. I never tire of the time I spend with my Mum’s during the whelping process and am always overwhelmed by how wonderful it is and the incredible instincts the Mum’s have. I was definitely on cloud nine once they’d arrived, albeit a little exhausted!! 😅 So now we’ll have a couple of relatively calm weeks ahead as Amba cares for her babies and as her resident slave I care for her - feeding, cleaning and keeping everything ship shape! As normal for the time being they will remain in the of the ‘maternity suite’. ( our living room 😂) At about 3 weeks they join the rest of the pack in the kitchen, where they get used to and become part of our day to day life - Experiencing all the noise and chaos! We start preparing them to be clean and at around 6 weeks, weather depending, they start adventuring into the outside world. Beneath sunshades ( hopefully )and with loads of toys and obstacles they venture out onto the puppy patio , and out into the garden. This is fun time and the pups love it! Much to the amazement (and delight!) of their new owners most of our pups are well on the way to being housetrained by the time they leave us. During their time with us and once they are ready the pups are constantly handled, meet lots of different people, children of all ages and our other dogs and 2 cats ! They are desensitised to household noises and are regularly groomed. They become confident little bundles of fun! We don’t rush anything but are guided by the progression of the litter. Too much too soon can be very detrimental to a puppies development. At this stage we do still have some availability on our list so if anyone would like further information on Amba's final litter with a view to reserving a pup, do please get in touch via WhatsApp ************ . As always all homes are vetted and you will be asked to fill in our questionnaire to make sure you can offer a suitable home and likewise one of our pups will be suitable for you. Once you have reserved your puppy you will join our litter WhatsApp group where I post updates on the pups’ progress, video’s and photo’s. Questions are asked and answered. You meet your fellow puppy owners and our litter community begins. These pups will be ready to leave us at 8 weeks old , on or after October 15th 2026 , after a full vet check , microchipped and having had their first vaccination ( if required) 😊 Let the fun begin!! 😃🐾🐾❤️
