Bailey – Kennel Club Registered Italian Greyhound Available at Stud 🐾 Bailey, officially registered with the Kennel Club as Royal Boy Charles, is our handsome solid-black Italian Greyhound, born in April 2023. He is available at stud through our licensed breeding establishment in Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire. Bailey stands approximately 15 inches at the withers, placing him comfortably within the breed standard. He comes from well-established UK bloodlines and has a wonderful, loving character with a very gentle nature. Bailey is a proven stud and has produced several beautiful litters with both KC registered and non-KC registered females. We have retained some of his offspring ourselves and have been delighted with their temperaments, health and overall quality as examples of the breed. Health testing: • BVA Eye Scheme • PRA • Amelogenesis Imperfecta/Familial Enamel Hypoplasia (AI/FEH) We are happy to consider both KC registered and non-KC registered females. For KC registered females, please send us their full registered name so that we can review their pedigree and check the proposed mating’s coefficient of inbreeding. For non-KC registered females, their parentage and heritage must be known and traceable, ideally including details of their parents and grandparents. This allows us to assess the suitability of the pairing and ensure that Bailey and the female are not known close relatives. All females must have appropriate health testing and must be DNA tested clear of AI/FEH before a mating can be agreed. Stud terms: The stud fee covers two mating. If she does not become pregnant, we will require evidence from a veterinary ultrasound confirming that no pregnancy was detected. Upon receipt of this evidence, we will offer one repeat mating with Bailey free of charge at the same female’s next season.
