Description

Hughie is a lovely boy and and very well behaved dog. He is trained to sit, wait, spin, jump up, and do both paws. Before dinner he sits and waits for the "OK" command. He walks well on lead. ( keep him on though because chows recall is rubbish! ) He prefers to live on his own and can disagree with other male dogs. Read up on chow chows before considering! He doesn't like going upstairs in the house, but will out in the world! He behaves well at the groomers and in the bath and loves a good brush. Just don't try and trim his paw pads. He needs someone who can commit more time to him, I used to be able to spend so much time with him before my job evolved and now I travel too much. We also had a baby, Hughie is great with the baby, he's not a bother with him but it's the time the baby takes that's not fair on big Hugh! It breaks my heart to have to let him go but he deserves to be with a single person/couple who can commit to him and give him all the love and walks he deserves. Hughie will make a fantastic dog for the right person who wants to spend every moment with him attached to their hip. He's a very loving, very needy boy!
