Reason for rehoming: Doesn’t get along with our other dog *** PLEASE READ FULL LISTING BEFORE APPLYING *** Info: Neutered, Microchipped, Vaccine yearly, up to date with Flea & Worm treatments REQUIREMENTS: * MUST be the ONLY pet! * No young children in the house (older children fine but they must understand to be calm around him & leave him alone when he’s had enough) * Must be a calm household * Must be willing to train / work on behavioural issues (reactivity & separation anxiety) * No flats - Must be a house with a garden * Experience with the breed preferred but not essential ABOUT BEAR: He is the sweetest little dog with the biggest heart and will truly thrive in the right environment! He loves nothing more than to cuddle & has so much love to give! He is highly intelligent & very good at communicating his needs (will bark for garden, water etc). He is wary of children so will need to bare this in mind if young children visit. BEHAVIOURS: * REACTIVITY: He is scared of other animals so can sometimes be reactive from fear which is something that will need working on (but has improved with training so will need to continue this) * SEPARATION ANXIETY: He cannot be left alone for long and will cry/fuss when left (which is why flats are not ideal for him with neighbours + he would bark at the noise from them) IDEAL HOME: House with Garden & Owners who are either Retired or Work From Home with no young children or other animals. Things To Bare In Mind: * Distance (due to his anxiety will require multiple meet ups / home visits before settling him in) * Who visits the home? Young children or dogs?
