Description

Our Millie had a little of 9 and this little guy was born with special eyes and developed much slower than the others. We decided not to sell him and take care of him in our home incase he needed extra care, we intervened very early on which was the reason he progressed as he was being bullied out of the way from feeding from his siblings. Upon vet visits it seems he may have his eyes like this for the rest of his life but there’s an option to seek specialists which may / may not affect. Was told he could go onto having a good quality of life still and that he’s been born with these special eyes, it’s believed he can partially see and when checked it seemed he may not have great hearing but this could be linked to the eyes and knowing where to look. We are looking to rehome him now as his 5 year old mother is getting a bit nippy with him and has went for him a couple times which in a household with children I don’t want to encourage or continue, as he’s getting older it appears he is too high energy for her. We think giving her the quiet life of being the only pet is best and whilst this boys still young he has the opportunity to find a new loving family. We will include full closed bag of dog food, blankets, leads, harness and toys for him. He has lived in a home with 3 children and his mum so has mixed with them however I would say that he would benefit from a home without young kids as he can be quite excitable and jumps up and can mouth out of excitement. He also can be grumpy with mum at feeding time causing some fights so have to be fed seperate so perhaps best he is the only dog unless the right support can be given to stop this behaviour from him. Other than this he has never ever been aggressive in anyway or growled anyone. He typically barks like any other dog. Please feel free to message with any messages or enquiries. I really am looking for a family who will dedicate the time and effort to support his development, he has only ever known us so a new environment can lead to a lot of anxiety and behavioural issues could arise. We didn’t want to put him into a rescue or kennels as think this would make him worse so praying he can find someone who’s patient, has the time, understands the breed
