Description
He’s an incredibly loving, playful and affectionate boy. He was rehomed with us in october 2025 as a 7 month old puppy due to not having daily walks, and within a matter of days he was very settled. He came from a household that had cats, a toddler and an autistic child, and it was evident early on that he had a lovely nature and just wants to be friends and play with everyone. He loves a fuss, and playing with dogs and humans alike. He is very food motivated so would be easy to train him further. His injections are up to date. He has not been neutered, as he did have a tendency to hump pillows/blankets but after a few weeks of being told ‘no’ and taken out of the room each time, he stopped. He is a clever dog and learns quickly. The reason for the sale is purely for his own benefit as I have recently just started working full time monday to friday starting very early, and my wife is unable to walk him due to her epilepsy, which means he’s waiting around all day before he gets his walk. He did enjoy being a running companion for a while when I was out of work, so he would benefit massively from an active household. I myself have a 4 and 7 year old and he is fantastic with them. It’s with a heavy heart, and I only want the best for him, so while his current situation isn’t ideal for him, I will only sell him to the right person/people. He is a big softy and if you have the time you can invest into walking him plenty then please message. Bear is a rottweiler/spaniel mix and weighs about 35kg. I can’t think of anything bad to say about him. He used to have a bad habit of stealing socks, but he quickly learnt the word ‘no’ and doesn’t have this problem anymore. I suppose his recall isn’t wonderful, but he has come a long way over the past half a year and he does listen more often than not. If you’ve got the time to train him I am confident that there is so much he could learn in a short time span. But all he really needs is love and attention (and plenty of walkies and treats!)
