Description

Unfortunately I am having to rehome my 5 year old frenchie, I am currently working long hours and he is alone for most of the day which is unfair to him. I rescued Tank 3 years ago from someone who was mistreating him but in the past 3 years he has come a long way and at this moment in time I am no longer able to provide what he needs. Tank needs someone who is home most of the day to give him time and attention. He is fully house trained, crate trained and follows a lot of commands. He is a very loving, excitable boy who is full of personality however he can become very needy. Tank needs someone who is patient and has the time to do more work with him on reactivity towards other dogs. Tank is neutered, it has made him calmer in general but also more anxious around other dogs. He can be weary of new people but once he gets to know you he will be your best friend. He loves to cuddle on the couch and smother you in kisses. Tank loves back scratches and will turn his back to you which is him asking for a scratch. Tank is a very active frenchie, he loves going for walks and playing ball. He is great around children however when he gets over excited he does jump up and sometimes mouths. So I would recommend living with older children who have been around dogs before or know frenchies. Tank does not have any medical needs however he does have a tucked tail this has not given him any issues but could in the future. He does get anxious at the vets so needs someone who can be confident handling him whilst he is there. He is muzzle trained if needed. This has been a very difficult decision for me so I will not just let tank go to the first person who contacts me.
