Description
We took in a female GSD with the understanding that shes ok with children, cats and dogs. I did see her with children and cats. But she reacts to my children and bit my dog. She is amazing dog when you get to know her. She is also extremely skinny but we are fatting up. Im just glad we got her out of there but she just isn’t a fit for our home. She has been to a behaviourist which tells me her reaction is fear based. Shes good with you after a few treats. But its just my dogs Im fearful of. I can deal with the training.
She needs a home that is experienced in the breed and training. She will not just be going to anyone and if I don’t find someone good enough she will have to stay as I can’t do that to her. Im at the vets Monday for a health check on her. No judgemental messages as I have them all and I wont even read them.
Like I said I can deal with the training (that she has a couple of times a day with exposure) and the introduction to my children. But its my other dogs.
