We are thrilled to announce a beautiful, carefully planned litter of First Generation (F1) Cockapoo puppies. Raised in the heart of our loving family home, these puppies are getting the absolute best start in life and will make the perfect addition to active, loving families.
🌟 Meet the Parents
Mum (Our Family Pet): A stunning, Show Type Cocker Spaniel. She has a wonderfully calm, gentle temperament, excellent conformation, and is a fantastic, attentive mother. Sushi is a beautiful example of a show type cocker spaniel with a beautiful silky coat.
Dad (The Stud): A handsome, KC Registered Miniature Poodle. He is fully health-tested and clear of all hereditary diseases, Paperwork for Dad’s health certificates and KC registration can be viewed upon visiting.
🏡 How They Are Raised
Our puppies are being raised using a comprehensive socialization plan. By the time they leave for their forever homes, they will be:
Well-socialized with adults, children, and household noises (vacuuming, TV, etc.).
Introduced to crate training and early toilet training principles.
Handling-sensitized (regularly paw-handled and brushed to prepare them for grooming).
📦 What is Included?
Each puppy will leave for their new home at 8 weeks old (Available from: 24th July) with a comprehensive puppy pack including:
✅ First vaccination
✅ Microchip details
✅ Up-to-date flea and worming treatment
✅ A puppy pack containing:
* A supply of their current high quality puppy food
* A blanket with mum & littermates scent
* A few essentials to help them get settled in their new homes.

Price: £2000
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £200 will secure your chosen puppy after a viewing.
Location: Mansfield
Viewings will be available when the puppies reach 4 weeks old.

We are looking for five-star, lifelong homes for these babies. If you think you can offer a loving home, please get in touch with a bit of information about yourself, your lifestyle, and your experience with dogs.
Please note: if a deposit is left, this is NON refundable. Deposits will only be accepted in person upon viewing puppies.
I will not rehome them to just anyone, i would like to know what type of home you can offer, your previous experience with dogs & your work commitments / time away from home to ensure they are going to the absolute best homes suitable for them.
Cockapoos require regular grooming, please do not consider one if you’re not prepared for the coat maintenance.

She/Bella settled into our home very quickly and is already eager to hunt the local pigeons, She was in excellent condition upon pickup.

Highly trainable and eager to please, excels in obedience and canine sports
Adaptable to both apartment and house living with appropriate exercise

Requires regular professional grooming every 6-8 weeks
Can suffer from separation anxiety if left alone for long periods
Well-bred puppies are relatively expensive to purchase
