Description
This is Crumpet, and she is looking for her loving, permanent home. This sweet girl has come into my care from an unsuitable environment. She is now safe, healthy, and ready for a fresh start with the right owner.
It’s very important to me that Crumpet goes to a 5-star home where she will be properly cared for and loved. Because of this, I will be asking questions and am more than happy to answer any you may have as well, to ensure she is going to a home that understands and is prepared for her needs.
There is a £20 adoption fee. This helps cover her care and enables me to continue rescuing and supporting more animals in need.
Due to the conditions she was rescued from, I do not know her exact date of birth, but she is estimated to be around 6 months – 1 year old.
Crumpet is still a little shy of being handled, but once in your hands she is quite comfortable. She is steadily gaining trust and confidence in humans, and with time and patience she will continue to flourish.
She absolutely loves to explore during her playtime outside of her enclosure. As part of responsible hamster care, it is essential she has a dedicated play area space provided each day. This could be a secure playpen filled with new items for her to investigate, or a fully hamster-proofed room where she can safely roam without risk of getting stuck or lost.
To be considered for adoption, you must already have a suitable setup in place that meets all the essential care requirements for hamsters. Hamsters are solitary animals and must be provided with an appropriately sized enclosure of at least 100cm x 50cm x 50cm.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read about this wonderful girl and the adoption requirements. I truly hope Crumpet finds the loving forever home she deserves!
