💔 With the heaviest of hearts, I am looking for the perfect home for our beautiful girl Chilli. 💔 This is genuinely one of the hardest things I have ever had to write. Chilli is such a special, and now content little girl, and finding her a new home is not a decision we have made lightly. Chilli is around 2 years old and came to us as a rescue after living in absolutely horrific circumstances. She had already been through more than any dog should ever have to experience, including having two litters back to back at such a young age. 💔 her age is a rough guidance as we are not sure of exact date. Despite everything she has been through, Chilli has shown us just how incredibly loving, sweet and resilient she is. She deserves to finally know what it feels like to be safe, loved and truly part of a family. We want the next chapter of Chilli’s life to be completely different from her past. She deserves a home where she can relax, be spoiled, receive all the attention she deserves and, most importantly, never have to worry about being used or mistreated again. ❤️ She is such a beautiful girl inside and out and has so much love to give. Watching her come out of her shell and begin to understand that she is safe has been incredibly special. Sadly, circumstances have changed and, as heartbreaking as it is, we have had to accept that we are no longer able to give Chilli everything she deserves. This is absolutely no fault of hers. She has done nothing wrong, and making this decision breaks our hearts purely because she is such a chilled and loving baby who just wants cuddles and attention. We are looking for someone who genuinely understands the responsibility of taking on a rescue dog, particularly a French Bulldog who has already experienced trauma. Chilli needs someone who will give her time, patience, consistency and unconditional love. Someone who will allow her to settle at her own pace and show her that people can be trusted. 🐾❤️ This isn’t about finding just a home for Chilli. It’s about finding her perfected forever home. There will be a rehoming fee, not because Chilli is for sale or because money is more important than finding her the right family, but purely to help deter unsuitable people. I will be extremely careful about who she goes to and will happily wait as long as necessary for the right person. I will not be choosing based on the first person who asks. I want to know about you, your home, your experience with dogs, your lifestyle and, most importantly, what you can offer Chilli for the rest of her life. After everything this little girl has been through, she deserves nothing less than someone who will look at her and see a beautiful dog who deserves a second chance. 🥺❤️ If you genuinely feel that you could offer Chilli the safe, loving and happy home she deserves, please send me a message and tell me a little about yourself, your home and the life you could give her. Please do not message simply asking “how much?” Her future is far more important to us than money. This is a heartbreaking post to write, especially knowing the start Chilli has had in life. But sometimes loving an animal means making the incredibly difficult decision to put their future and happiness before your own heart. 💔 Chilli has already had enough heartbreak in her short life.
