Description
We are sadly looking for a loving new home for our gorgeous 1-year-old Italian Greyhound.
We originally got him as a companion for our older Whippet, hoping they would be a good match. Unfortunately, their personalities and needs are very different. Our older dog is extremely chilled and independent, whereas our young Italian Greyhound loves attention, company and interaction.
With us both working full-time, we have realised that we simply cannot give him the time and attention he deserves, and we feel it would be unfair to keep him in a situation that isn't right for him.
He is a lovely, friendly boy who is great with other animals and children. He is affectionate, playful and enjoys being around people. He would ideally suit someone who has plenty of time to spend with him and can give him the companionship, attention and stimulation he needs.
This is a very difficult decision, and finding the right home is much more important to us than simply finding him a new home. We want to make sure he goes to someone who understands the breed and can give him the time and love he deserves.
