is with an extremely heavy heart that we are looking for the right forever home for our beautiful girl, Ottie. Ottie is an 18 month old yellow Labrador, born 3rd February 2025. She comes from a working-line background, has a beautiful pedigree and family tree, and is fully KC registered, with an excellent bloodline. We have had Ottie since she was just 8 weeks old, and she has been a huge part of our family ever since. She is an incredibly loving, affectionate and caring girl who absolutely adores people. She loves attention, cuddles and a good fuss, although she can get very excited and bouncy when showing her affection! ❤️ Ottie grew up alongside our little boy, who was 18 months old when we brought her home. They have always had a wonderful bond and would happily play together for hours. She has been fantastic with him, and watching their relationship grow has been incredibly special to us. However, since becoming bigger and more confident, Ottie has also become very excitable and bouncy, particularly when she is happy or greeting people. My partner and I have recently welcomed our beautiful newborn daughter into the world, and after a lot of thought and heartbreak, we have decided that finding Ottie a new home is the safest and most responsible decision for our family and, most importantly, for Ottie herself. This is not a decision we have taken lightly, and we feel absolutely horrible about having to make it. We love Ottie dearly, but we don't want to take any unnecessary risks with her being overly excited or accidentally knocking into our newborn. Ottie is an incredibly friendly, social and affectionate dog. She loves absolutely everyone and everything, is very curious and nosy, and loves going on adventures and exploring new places. She has a lovely personality and has so much love and energy to give to the right person or family. Because of her size, energy and excitement, we feel her ideal home would be one without young children, preferably with teenagers or older, where someone has the time, patience and space to give her the exercise, attention, training and stimulation she deserves. 💛 Ottie would suit someone who: • Has experience with Labradors or larger energetic breeds • Can give her plenty of exercise and mental stimulation • Understands that she is very loving but can be extremely excitable • Has older children or teenagers, or no children • Has the time and patience to continue her training • Wants a loyal, loving companion who will happily be by their side Please no timewasters. We will be asking questions about your home, lifestyle and experience because finding the right family for Ottie is incredibly important to us. We are absolutely heartbroken to be doing this, but our priority is making sure Ottie is happy, safe and loved for the rest of her life ❤️
