This is Teeny, and she is looking for her loving, permanent home. This sweet girl came to us where she needed someone with experience in handling hamsters. We were told that she was aggressive, however since being in our care for even just a day we saw that she was just misunderstood. She is such a quiet gentle girl, who is more than happy to just sit in your hand and groom herself, and maybe even a bit if your hand.
Itās very important to me that Teeny goes to a 5-star home where she will be properly cared for and loved. Because of this, I will be asking questions and am more than happy to answer any you may have as well, to ensure she is going to a home that understands and is prepared for her needs.
There is a Ā£15 adoption fee. This helps cover her care and enables me to continue rescuing and supporting more animals in need.
We are unsure of Teeny exact date if birth, so we Estimated her to be around 6 months to a year old.
Teeny does like to keep to her cosy side being in her bed, so we don't see much of her. But when we do she does love a forage round her cage and a good dig in her sand bath.
It is essential she has a dedicated play area space provided each day. This could be a secure playpen filled with new items for her to investigate, or a fully hamster-proofed room where she can safely roam without risk of getting stuck or lost.
To be considered for adoption, you must already have a suitable setup in place that meets all the essential care requirements for hamsters. Hamsters are solitary animals and must be provided with an appropriately sized enclosure of at least 100cm x 50cm x 50cm.
