Beautiful 5-Year-Old Cockapoo Girl Looking for the Right Home š¾
Itās with a very heavy heart that we are looking to rehome our lovely 5-year-old Cockapoo girl. This decision has not been made lightly, but we feel she deserves a home that has the time and experience to help her thrive.
Weve had Nancy since she was 18 months shes never been keen on strange men, we dont know her history or what she went through,
She is a very loving and loyal dog who absolutely adores her family and enjoys affection, cuddles, and being close to her people. She currently lives with children and has always been gentle and loving with them.
Loves playing with her toys and absolutely loves fetch and mental stimulation etc!
However, she has become increasingly reactive and fearful on walks, particularly around larger dogs, and she can be unsure around men until she gets to know them. She has never bitten or seriously injured anyone, but her anxiety means walks can be quite challenging.
Because of this, we believe she would do best in a calm home with someone who understands reactive or anxious dogs and has the time to work with her using positive training. With patience and consistency, we believe she has great potential to improve.
Her ideal home would be:
A calm household with experienced dog owners
No young children (due to her nervousness and unpredictability on walks)
Someone who can give her time, training, and regular exercise
A home where she can be the centre of attention
Possibly with a friendly dog companion, though this isnāt essential
She truly is a sweet, affectionate girl at home and deserves someone who can help build her confidence and give her the time we unfortunately cannot right now.
The right home is far more important than anything else.
