❤️ A Very Special Home Wanted for Ben – Much-Loved House Rabbit This is a really difficult decision for our family, but due to our daughter’s increasingly severe allergies, we are sadly considering finding our beautiful boy Ben a new forever home. Ben has been part of our family for three years and is a very much-loved house bunny. We would only consider rehoming him to someone who could offer him the same love, attention and home comforts that he is used to. A little bit about Ben: 🐰 Ben is a gorgeous, affectionate, three-year-old male rabbit. ❤️ He is a real lap bunny who absolutely loves a fuss, cuddles and spending time with his family. He will happily sit on your lap in the evenings and enjoy being made a fuss of. 🏡 He is fully house-trained and litter-trained. He has his own living hutch in our kitchen, but when someone is home, he enjoys free-roaming around the house. He is very much an indoor rabbit and must remain an indoor house bunny. He would not be suitable for an outdoor home. 🥕 He has fresh vegetables every day, good-quality hay and pellets, and fresh water. 🐰 He is neutered and fully up to date with his vaccinations. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 He is good with children, although, as with any rabbit, children need to be taught to handle him gently and respect his space. He can occasionally nip if startled or approached in his territory. His personality: Ben is incredibly loving once he knows you. Like many rabbits, he can initially be a little anxious around unfamiliar people, particularly if someone enters his space unexpectedly. He may charge if he feels threatened or unsettled, but once he trusts you, he is an absolute sweetheart. He has also been good with other rabbits, although any introductions would need to be handled carefully. We haven’t had him around dogs, so we couldn’t comment on how he would be with them. The home we are looking for: Our ideal home would be with someone who: * Has experience with rabbits or understands their needs. * Wants a house rabbit who will be part of the family. * Has plenty of time to give him attention, affection and companionship. * Will allow him to free-roam indoors and provide a safe, comfortable environment. * Understands that rabbits are sensitive little characters who need patience and respect. We are not in a rush and will absolutely not let him go to just anybody. Finding the right home is much more important than finding a quick home. We would love to find someone who will adore him as much as we do and give him the wonderful life he deserves. This really is a heartbreaking decision for us, so please only get in touch if you are genuinely interested in offering Ben a loving, permanent home. ❤️
