With a very heavy heart, I am looking for the right forever home for my beautiful 5-year - old Rottweiler, Chapo This has been an incredibly difficult decision for me, but due to working 12-hour shifts and changes in my family circumstances, I can no longer give Chapo the time, attention and active lifestyle he deserves. I love him dearly, and although letting him go breaks my heart, I truly believe he would be happier with someone who can give him more of their time. **A little about Chapo 🐾** Chapo is a pedigree Rottweiler. His mum is a Polish and Slovak Champion, and his dad is a German Champion. He has a microchip, pet passport and pedigree papers. He is a very intelligent, loving and energetic boy with a big personality. He loves long walks, water, playing with balls and going on car rides. He has lots of energy and enthusiasm for life, so he needs an owner who enjoys being active and can give him the exercise, stimulation and attention he needs. He also has a very sweet, cuddly side! He has been raised in a home from the very beginning and is used to living indoors. He absolutely loves sleeping on the sofa with his belly up, feeling comfortable and safe. ❤️ **Chapo is not a dog for a kennel or to be left outside.** He is used to being part of a home and needs to continue living indoors as a member of the family. He is not a fussy eater at all\! He enjoys dry food, wet food and raw meat, and he absolutely loves his treats 😋 Chapo is territorial, as Rottweilers can be, and he needs an experienced, confident and responsible owner who understands the breed and knows how to handle and work with a powerful, intelligent dog. He needs clear boundaries, consistent training, patience and positive guidance. He has grown up alongside a Chihuahua, but I would want any potential home to be carefully assessed to make sure it is the right fit for him **The home I am looking for ❤️** I am looking for someone who: • Has experience with Rottweilers or similar large breeds • Understands dog behaviour and knows how to work with a strong, intelligent and territorial dog • Has plenty of time for walks, play, training and companionship • Will keep him indoors as part of the family, not in a kennel • Can offer him stability, love, patience and a forever home Please understand that I will be very careful about who Chapo goes to. This is not about finding just any home for him — it is about finding the RIGHT home. He is a clever, loving boy who deserves someone who can bring out the best in him and give him the life he deserves. This decision is breaking my heart, but I have to put his needs first.
