Description
With a heavy heart, I am rehoming my mother’s beautiful 12 year old female cat. Millie is loving, loyal and playful.
She has an autoimmune condition which, when untreated, causes her to scratch and attack her own nose as she thinks it’s a foreign body. The effects of this can be seen in pictures. She is prescribed 3mg of Prednisolone daily (tablets or liquid form) and this completely mitigates any of that behaviour.
Millie is best suited for a quiet home with no other pets and someone who can be home each day to administer the steroid medication.
She is an indoor cat and not very interested in the outdoors apart from sunbathing in the garden for 5 minutes a day in the summer.
Fully litter trained.
Has a wet and dry food mixed diet.
She will come with all accessories if desired such as a stainless steel litter box, ceramic food bowls, food, litter, FatBoy scratching post and some toys (though she prefers cardboard boxes and random pieces of string over specific cat toys!).
This is an incredibly tough decision but my mother can no longer look after her and Millie needs a loving home where she can thrive.
