5-Year-Old Female Sprocker Spaniel – Loving, Active Home Needed We are looking for a new home for our beautiful 5-year-old female Sprocker Spaniel. This is a very difficult decision, and we want to find her the right home where she can thrive. She is a loving, loyal dog who enjoys her walks and absolutely loves playing fetch. She is very food-orientated. She is crate trained, settles well at night, travels well in the car, can live with cats and can be left alone without issue. She does have a few quirks to be aware of: • She can wee when she gets overly excited • She may chew socks or small items of clothing if they are left around • If food is within reach, she will help herself She would be best suited as the only dog in the home, although she could live with a calm, laid-back dog. She would also be better in an adult-only household or with older, dog-savvy children, as she does not tolerate young children in her space. She has never been aggressive towards a child but will growl to be left alone. The reason for rehoming is that she is uncomfortable around our toddler and does not get on well with one of our more energetic dogs. She has started showing signs of stress such as weight loss and chewing fur off of her tail which is why my top priority is doing what is best for her and finding her a home where she will thrive. This lovely girl has so much to offer in the right environment and will make a wonderful companion for someone who can give her the calm, structured home she needs.
