It’s with a heavy heart that we are looking to rehome our two-year-old male miniature dachshund, Chip.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, Chip has been spending long periods alone during the day, and it’s become clear that this isn’t the right environment for him. He thrives on companionship and struggles with being left by himself, showing signs of separation anxiety and distress when alone.
Chip is an incredibly loving and affectionate dog. He adores being around people, enjoys attention and physical affection, and is happiest when he has company. He is also great with children and has a gentle, friendly nature.
This decision has been very difficult for us, but we want to do what’s best for Chip and ensure he has a home where he can receive the time, attention, and companionship he truly needs.
We are looking for a caring, committed home where he won’t be left alone for long periods and can be part of everyday life.
