Description
Our beautiful Rolo is looking for his forever family, he’s just over 4 months old. Due to a decline in my health following a recent diagnosis, I’m left with no choice but to do the right thing by Rolo.
He’s half working and half show cocker spaniel, chocolate tan. He is microchipped and is vaccinated and is up to date with flea and worming treatment.
He has tons of energy so a home where his needs are met is important, he loves scent work, walks and training.
He is whistle trained for recall, (although not perfect as still learning he is very good) his wait is perfect, sit, down, paw.
He goes to the groomers every 4 weeks, as his paws need to be trimmed and keep his nails trimmed and it does help with him realising people are friends
He is a very cuddly, but also a very mouthy puppy, his baby teeth are falling out and his adult teeth are coming through, so he needs plenty of teething toys and chews.
He comes with everything he possibly needs.
He was crate trained as a puppy, however once he settled in he started to scratch and get his nails stuck in the bars so we stopped closing it.
He has his beds (including a plastic bed with vet bedding and blankets & his crate)
He also has a larger open top crate we used when visiting people he can come with.
A foldable material dog crate we used in the car, although I suspect he is getting to big for it now, but welcome to take
Bowls, slow feeder and licki mats
Plenty of toys, teething toys, treat balls
Harnesses, leads, slip lead, collar, rain coat, poo bags, food and his training treats we use.
(He is on James Wellbeloved puppy dry food, and we use wainwrights complete freeze dried raw food chicken for training) he also will come with whatever treats we have in at the time, usually goats ears, chicken feet, rabbit ears etc.
Rolo is very cautious of new people, until he realises they are friends, so it’s important that who ever he goes to is patient with that and does some training to make him realise humans aren’t scary. (By cautious I mean he doesn’t run up to people and go crazy)
Rolos breeder is fully aware of this situation and I will pass along their information so you can stay in touch with them and ask any questions.
Please remember Rolo is only 4 months old and so Is pretty much still a baby, he is still learning and still needs training wherever he goes.
He was born 4th October 2025.
Please only message me if you’re seriously considering giving Rolo a home, with my health I do not have the energy to have my time waisted, a loving home is what’s needed and best for Rolo! Thanks
