Description
Goose is our 7-month-old yellow working Labrador who has been going through the 5VG Foundation Training here at Five Valleys Gundogs. He is a very calm, gentle and biddable dog that gets on with other dogs, people and children.
5VG Foundation Training:
• Sits
• Waits
• Recalls
• Heels on lead
• Retrieves in training lane using place boards – ball motivated
• Stop whistle and recall whistle introduced
• Off lead heel work started
• Socialisation in public areas started – already good as not reacting to other dogs and people
Currently kennelled and ready to transition to the house. Additional house training could be provided if requested prior to collection
Although the puppies in this litter were not KC registered by the breeder, both parents come from KC Registered working lines with both parents working on local shoots. Dad is dark yellow, and mum is the same colour as Goose. I bought two pups from the litter to train as family pets that can work, for families looking for an older puppy with the foundations in place.
Goose was vet checked by the breeder and vet checked by our vet. A further check can be arranged at additional cost if required.
If you are looking for a slightly older dog as a family pet or to develop further as a family shooting or picking up dog, then Goose is a bit of a star and one not to be missed!
Goose comes with on-going support from a professional Pet Gundog Trainer with over 35 years’ experience to help you get him settled in.
