Year old male Alexandrine parrot looking for a new perch 😄
Do not confuse for a indian ringneck parakeet as these a much bigger yappy and intelligent.
He talks, he copies sounds (he must think he is an iphone at times) and he’s got a proper cheeky personality once he warms up to you. Bit shy at first (he’ll act like he doesn’t care… but he does), then suddenly he’s your best mate and won’t shut up.
He is not a quite one so if your not up for a yappy partner he is not for you
Loves attention, loves being nosey, and generally thinks everything in the house is his business.
Still young so loads of time to train him up even more. Not for someone who wants a quiet bird — he’s got opinions.
We have spoilt him with a lot of love affection and most of all good food and treats so if your looking for a budget pet, this is not it. He is bougy and doesnt like the same meal over and over.
