We are so incredibly happy to finally introduce our beautiful Home & Away themed litter and to say that we are very proud is an understatement . we are now welcoming expressions of interest for the kittens who are still looking for their forever families. This very special litter is from our gorgeous zena & Kyzer a pairing we have been excited about for such a long time. Seeing their babies here safely, growing and thriving, has been just wonderful. And, of course, in true Home & Away style, they needed some very special names… THE HOME & AWAY LITTER CONSISTS OF 🖤 Brax -Male 🖤Cash - Male 🖤 Remi - Male 🖤 Alf - Male 🖤 Deano - Male 🖤 Brodie - Male 🖤 Tane - Male 🖤Maz -Female 🖤Roo - Female 🖤 Meet Mum — ZENA Our beautiful ZENA is a stunning black smoke queen, but there is so much more to this girl than her looks. ZENA is a lovely, sociable girl who enjoys being part of family life. She loves her cuddles and playtime but, like a true queen, she also appreciates a little peace and quiet in her own company from time to time. She has a wonderful temperament and we feel incredibly lucky to have her as part of our family. ZENA is DNA health tested clear, and we are so proud to see her passing her wonderful qualities on to her babies. Meet Dad — KYZER And then there is our HUGE smoke teddy bear, Kyzer At only a years old, Ori is already just under 10kgs and still growing, but don’t let his impressive size fool you! He is one of the kindest, gentlest and calmest cats you could ever meet. He lives right alongside us in our home and genuinely behaves more like an oversized fluffy puppy than a cat. Kyzer absolutely thrives on affection. He loves being around people, loves attention and has the most incredible laid-back nature. He is everything we could ask for in a Maine Coon and is also DNA health tested clear. We couldn’t be happier with this pairing and are so excited to watch these little personalities develop as they hopefully inherit the wonderful qualities of both Mum and Dad. Born & Raised in Our Family Home Our kittens aren’t raised tucked away from everyday life — they grow up right in the middle of our family. From the moment they arrive, they are surrounded by love. Our babies are actually born beside our bed, where we can keep a very close eye on Mum and her kittens 24/7 during those precious early weeks. As they grow, their little world gradually becomes bigger. They experience the normal hustle and bustle of a family home, people talking, doors opening, household noises, other animals and, eventually, that terrifying monster every kitten must learn to conquer… the Hoover! We also carefully introduce them to recordings of different everyday sounds such as fireworks, thunderstorms, sirens, babies crying, dogs barking and other animals. It isn’t about overwhelming them — it’s about gently helping them become happy, confident and well-adjusted little characters ready for life with their new families. 🐾 Little Life Lessons There is so much more to raising a kitten than simply feeding them and watching them grow. During their 13 weeks with us, we spend countless hours preparing them for their future. They learn about litter trays and scratching posts, different toys and textures, being handled, having their nails clipped and being brushed and groomed. As they become old enough, we also introduce bathing and the hairdryer. Anyone who has ever shared their home with an adult Maine Coon will know exactly why we start grooming young! Our aim is for these experiences to simply become a normal part of life rather than something frightening when they’re older. Their Health Comes First Our kittens follow a carefully planned worming programme while they are with us and receive: 🐾 Two veterinary health checks 🐾 Two sets of vaccinations 🐾 Microchipping 🐾 TICA registration – Non-Active 🐾 Kitten contract & comprehensive advice information By the time our kittens leave us at around 13 weeks old, we want them confidently eating and drinking, fully litter trained, accustomed to scratching posts, familiar with grooming and handling and, most importantly, ready to begin the next chapter of their lives. A Little Piece of Home Comes With Them Leaving everything familiar and heading off to a new home is a huge day for such a little kitten, so each baby leaves with their own ANDERPRIDE kitten pack. This includes familiar food, treats, cat litter, toys and a blanket carrying the familiar smells of home, along with their paperwork, kitten contract and advice information. It’s our little way of helping those first few days feel less daunting. You’re Part of Their Journey Too Once your kitten has been secured with a £400 deposit, the exciting part really begins! You won’t simply reserve your kitten and then hear nothing until collection day. We want you to feel part of their journey. You’ll watch them change from tiny babies into mischievous little Maine Coon characters, and hopefully feel like you already know them before they ever arrive home. We also love our families following our ANDERPRIDE Facebook page, where you can watch the kittens grow, meet the rest of our cats and become part of the lovely extended family that has grown around ANDERPRIDE. And we absolutely love continuing to see our babies long after they’ve left us. Could You Be Their Forever Family? Choosing the right homes for our kittens means an enormous amount to us.
