Hi! Putting feelers out for my special boy. This is Fungus- He is quite a character. And knows his name. Please note I will only ever rehome to an experienced sphynx owner and someone who is willing to go above and beyond for fungus. Fungus was a rescue kitten, I adopted him after he was with his primary owner. Fungus has mild special needs as well as being a sphynx cat. He is extremely high maintenance. But also the most loving and silliest cat you will ever meet. He is playful, vocal, active and ever so cuddly. He deserves someones absolute full attention. My circumstances have changed and I am fearing I cannot give him what he needs in the future. Ive had a wonderful 2 years with him. He has lived with 5 other cats, but he is quite defensive. Nothing serious has ever happened but Fungus is quite territorial, because he doesnt climb he cannot get away if needed. He would be okay with other cats and would benefit from having a bond to keep him warm. Fungus has dietary issues. He struggles to keep weight on and has perfect stools about 60% of the time. I feed him seriously good from pets at home, the kibble and the wet food. It helps his stomach but at times I have to give him prokolin to help firm his stools. He doesnt know how to use the litter tray efficiently so at times steps in it. Fungus had feline herpes as a kitten. Despite him being clear now, he wakes up with consistent runny eyes and nose. This needs to be cleaned daily. Fungus has had loose teeth but theyre all okay now. Fungus has had a mild cough that has been checked and only happens occasionally. Fungus has eye scarring that you can see to an extent but it hasnt affected his vision. He is so sweet to his human freinds and gets on with everyone. He will even sit on your shoulder like a parrot. He throws little strops. And will be your closest freind if you need it. He loves wearing collars, and jumpers to keep him warm. I am so sad to have to let him go. Please ask all questions.
