Description
Very clingy, loving and mischievous DNA tested male bird.
I do have his DNA certificate but it is something that I will have to post at a later time as we are in a bad situation and have no access to our home right now.
Important note is that I must see his cage set up first.he is used to having a large cage as all birds should.he is out all day to fly around apart from meal times as he doesn't take no for an answer.
Advice for new owners:
Bird seeds are not everyday food (they cause hormonal issues and cause health problems.should only be used as a treat or training.
He is on tops organic pellets and fresh veg.
Gets given a boiled egg and 2inch of millet as a treat once a week.
I got him from aviary seller and he became silly hand tame in just a few weeks.
He started talking recently
He says 'wheetle, wheetle,'
What you?
'What you doing?'.
More advice:-)
Please do not get a bird if you just want them for talking as they are companions, not entertainment and most species don't talk or they just say a few words regardless of what you see on viral videos, they all have their own personalities.if talking is very important a budgie is better option.out of all animals, birds get the most abused because they can just be lock up (look at the ads)and this is my main concern so I won't just give him to anyone.
I may be able to sell his large white cage including his toys for £50
I do not have his hatch date (never given) but he's very young his colours have become more brighter just a few months back and seeking dark places so am guessing he's a year old.
Please note gcc conures can be bipolar/nippy sometimes especially in the first two years.
He's been around small children but kept at a distance but he's used to their sounds.
