Description
With great sadness and a heavy heart, we are looking for a new home for our 3-year-old Siberian Husky, Nico.
This decision has not been easy. Unfortunately, Nico reacts poorly to children, and as we have a 5-month-old baby, we must put our family’s safety first. Nico is very protective of his family and, in defense situations, can show aggressive behavior. For this reason, we are looking for an experienced owner, ideally someone who understands dog behavior and training.
Nico does not like strangers and needs time to build trust, but once he bonds with his family, he is extremely loyal and loving and has never harmed us. He will need patience and time to adjust to a new home.
He is a wonderful dog he loves long walks, enjoys food, and forms strong attachments to his people.
This is a very difficult decision for our family, and we will require several meetings before rehoming Nico to ensure it is the right fit for everyone.
