This is not a rushed sale and we will wait for the right person. I will outline the most important details on here but would rather give context over private message.
Jax is a 1 year old very bouncy, loving doberman. Me and my partner have owned him for just over 4 months, he has come a long long way in his training with us, we rehomed him but feel we were mislead about the dog we were receiving. The reason for this post is due to Jax’s dog aggression, me and partner do not have the money for the regular dog training sessions he needs.
We are not rehoming him for our own convenience, this post is due to the fact we believe it’s in Jax’s best interest to see if anyone can offer him a better quality of life then we can, but until we find that person he will remain with us.
He currently has minimum 2 training sessions (with me) a day which he excels in, he is super clever and intelligent. He is fully crate trained and can be left up to 6 hours, we are slowly building this to 8 hours. Jax has a good life with us and is a happy dog however his reactivity leaves us very limited in the life we can give him and admittedly limits our lives too.
Jax is an incredible dog, loving, energetic, intelligent, he picks up commands so fast! it’s his dog aggression that is why this post is up, if you are someone who has a life style where you don’t encounter other dogs much then perfect. We know Jax’s ideal home is a needle in a haystack but if we find it for him it will be worth it!
I want to be clear that this post is to see if there is a better life for jax and if not we will keep him willingly. I want to make clear too that if we do find someone we will want regular updates for minimum of 2 months and if it is not to work out he will come back to us. For his sake and possible owners sake :) please note we do not want any financial benefits from this, and we will travel for the right home!
