A smooth process from start to finish with no problems. Cat is healthy and is now settling in to his new home. We didn't realise we had so many hiding places.

We had the best experience, we were showed both Mum and Dad which both have a full set of paper work as well as our kitten. We were sent regular cat updates, and given lots of information on how our kitten was getting on. When we picked up our kitten we got given lots of food and toys which he likes which was lovely.
