Description

Indy is a beautiful pedigree Maine Coon with a tortoiseshell coat. She’s 11 and neutered. We’re looking for a calm, loving home for her retirement. She’s quiet and fairly independent. She’ll be shy with you at first, but once she’s settled she becomes confident and affectionate in her own way. She’s a bit dopey and not hugely playful, but she’ll happily join in if you get a toy out for her. Living with others: Indy currently lives happily with another cat. She’s very good around children, though she tends to keep her distance from them. We don’t know how she is with dogs because she’s never lived with one. Indoor/outdoor: She has lived as both an indoor and an indoor/outdoor cat and adapts well to either. She uses a litter tray without any problems. Diet: She eats Purina Pro Plan Veterinary Diets HA Hypoallergenic dry food, which you can buy easily online (Amazon). She’s been healthy on it for years. Health: She’s in good health with no ongoing issues. Her long coat needs regular brushing, because if it gets too long she can swallow fur and get the odd hairball. She was fully vaccinated as a young cat, but she hasn’t needed the vet for some years, so she’s not currently up to date with boosters. She’s microchipped, and we’ll transfer the registration to you. Comes with: carrier, food bowls and several bags of her food. She needs a new home because her current home is being sold. We’d love her to go somewhere calm where she can settle in at her own pace. When you message, please tell us a little about your home, who lives there and any other pets. Collection from Sale. Rehoming fee £50.
