All 7 Pups are thriving and happy! They are growing / gaining weight by the day and currently being weaned onto a good quality puppy food. They are having plenty of interactions with both adults and children of all ages. And with being brought up within the home they are getting used to all household noises.
Mum is Ruby, she is a 5 year old F1 cockapoo and Dad is Freddie, he is a 5 & 1/2 year old F1b Cockapoo. Both parents are my own dogs and can both be seen on visit. My dogs are brought up in my home as will the pups for the 8 weeks they will be here.
Both parents are fully health tested. Mum is a ‘carrier’ of the DM gene without risk of developing it herself and with no risk to pups developing as Dad is not a carrier. (If both parents were carriers then the pups would be at risk) I have supporting paperwork from the genetic testing clinic that pups will not be at risk developing DM and you could also run it past a veterinary clinic if you wish to do so. Freddie is clear of all common genetic defects and supporting
paperwork for both parents health tests can be supplied to persons wanting a pup.
This is Ruby and Freddie’s second litter, we are still in touch with the pups family’s from the first litter via a WhatsApp group and all pups are healthy and thriving. We would also plan to do this for those wanting to stay in touch with their pups siblings to share regularly updates, milestones pics etc.
My puppies will only go to the best homes. I will be very picky about who has them and will not be agreeing any reservations until interested party’s have visited them/us in our home and until I feel comfortable that the fit is right.
I will be asking for a £300 deposit, this is to further reinforce YOUR commitment to having a puppy, this will be non refundable so make sure that you are 100% sure before a reservation.
My pups as with my dogs are reared inside my home with me, no kennels or outside living. They will be used to all everyday noises from the hoover to the washing machine, the TV & the radio. They will also have the added bonus of living alongside my 3 dogs and will have many visits from adults and children of all ages. When the time is right I hope they will experience the outdoors in our garden. (Weather depending)
The puppies will be reared on a good nutritional dry food (Origen) to insure they get the best possible healthy start. Origen is a little expensive compared to other well know foods but again it’s a good quality food and you get what you pay for but of course you will be able to change it when the pup leaves us if you wish to do so.
Pups will be;
* Microchipped
* First vaccination
* Vet health checked
* Wormed up to date
They will leave with;
* Copies of both parent’s health tests and confirmation of no risk from mom carrying the DM gene.
* A blanket with mums scent on.
* A few days food
