Description
Kali is a scaredy cat that pushes boundaries. She doesn't understand the world and how to regulate her emotions. Once she's settled in she will be fine, but for the first few weeks she needs a confident handler to help her navigate the world. She's unsure. She doesn't like new experiences and can woof because of it.
No young children as she is a boisterous puppy that loves to launch herself onto the sofa.
She is crate trained and it is utilised to get her to settle. She can be absolutely knackered and not know it. You need to force her to calm down and sleep cause she won't do it on her own. A crate must already be in the home prior to taking her.
She doesn't show signs of separation anxiety, but she is quite needy for your attention.
She does walk to heel if you know what you're doing.
She is not tested around cats and has a pretty high drive.
She is fed a mix of raw and kibble.
She has all the energy in the world between 6 and 7am (she will settle into her crate after a short play so you can go back to sleep, but you must be prepared to play at that time).
She has zoomies at 8pm so is normally walked then.
You MUST have breed experience (please don't lie)
You MUST be prepared to let her settle. This isn't a dog that will immediately become part of the family. She will take time to become the dog she is with us. When you walk her for the first couple times, you will need to take control and teach her the new environment is perfectly safe.
TWO VISITS ARE A MUST! so please check the distance before messaging. First is so you can see her behaviour outside my home and the second is to see her behaviour in her home. She is protective of the home and will bark at strangers until she feels they are no longer a threat.
