With a heavy heart, I am looking for a very special new home for my beautiful Hoshiko, an affectionate, well-behaved British Shorthair girl with a wonderful personality and lovely imported pedigree. Hoshiko is a much-loved member of our family, and this has not been an easy decision. However, as I am concentrating my breeding programme on solid-colour British Shorthairs, I have decided to find her a home where she will receive all the love and attention she deserves. 🐱 About Hoshiko Registered name: Tigersoul Hoshiko of KaitoChi (IMP) Date of birth: 13 March 2026 Breed: British Shorthair Colour: Black Golden Tipped (BSH ny 12) Registration: GCCF Full Register, currently Active TICA registered Pedigree: Imported bloodlines, including Absolu, Abricossio and Golden Soft's DNA colour testing: Completed Current weight: 2.605 kg at nearly 7 months 💕 Her beautiful personality Hoshiko has one of the sweetest personalities you could wish for in a cat. She is extremely affectionate, gentle, friendly and very well behaved. She absolutely loves human company and enjoys being close to her family. Every evening, she comes looking for her cuddles and loves settling down beside us at bedtime. She often sleeps close to my face, gently makes biscuits with her paws and gives little kisses. She has such a loving nature and forms a beautiful bond with her people. She is also playful, curious and full of character, but has a lovely gentle side. Hoshiko has grown up around other cats and is very sociable with them. She gets along wonderfully with our other cats and is comfortable living in a multi-cat household. One particularly adorable thing about Hoshiko is her nurturing personality. She loves visiting our younger kittens, gently grooming them and interacting with them. It is lovely to see how caring and gentle she can be, even at her young age. She would make a wonderful addition to a family looking for an affectionate, friendly British Shorthair who enjoys companionship and being part of everyday family life. ✨ Her appearance and pedigree Hoshiko is a beautiful black golden tipped British Shorthair with stunning large, round, expressive eyes, a sweet teddy-bear expression and gorgeous golden colouring. She has a lovely pale undercoat, beautiful golden shading and a soft, plush coat. Her head and body are developing nicely, and she is becoming more substantial as she matures. Both of her parents are golden tipped British Shorthairs from imported bloodlines. Her pedigree includes well-known lines such as ABSOLU, Abricossio and Golden Soft's, making her potentially interesting to breeders who appreciate golden British Shorthairs. 🧬 DNA testing Hoshiko has undergone DNA colour testing, confirming that she carries chocolate. Her results also show that she does not carry the tested cinnamon or dilution variants. Her DNA results and pedigree information can be shared with serious enquiries. 🏡 Why is Hoshiko available? I am the owner of KaitoChi Cattery and have made the decision to focus my future breeding programme on solid-colour British Shorthairs rather than golden lines. Hoshiko is therefore available purely because of this change in direction. She is a very special girl to us, and I would love to find her a permanent home where she will be loved, spoiled and treated as a treasured family member. 💛 Price and registration Pet home: £1,200 Hoshiko is primarily being offered as a much-loved family companion, with GCCF Non-Active registration for a pet home. Active breeding registration may be considered for a responsible, experienced and ethical breeder who can demonstrate excellent standards of care, appropriate health testing and a suitable breeding programme. The Active price is separate and available upon enquiry to approved breeders only. 🐾 The home I am looking for I am looking for a loving, responsible and permanent home for Hoshiko. She deserves a family who will appreciate her affectionate personality, give her plenty of attention and cuddles, and provide her with a safe, comfortable environment. She is used to living with other cats and would suit a home where she can continue receiving plenty of love and companionship. Finding the right home is much more important to me than finding a buyer quickly. Please feel free to contact me with some information about yourself, your household and the home you could offer Hoshiko. I am happy to answer genuine enquiries and provide further photographs, pedigree details and DNA results. KaitoChi Cattery 🐾❤️
