Description

Unfortunately, it is with a heavy heart that we are looking to re-home our family dog Jess. As a family, we are already finding this extremely difficult and we are trying to do what is best for Jess. We have had her since a puppy and she is such a loving and loyal dog. She needs time, attention, space and training which unfortunately we are unable to give her. I believe she would be best suited to a family who are used to dogs requiring attention and training. If there are any rehoming centres on here that can help without her going to a Kennels, that would be great. I also fully understand the risks when speaking to people outside of homing centres and I would like to take numerous steps as part of this process. If someone could give her an amazing home, I would like for them to meet her a few times, really know what kind of dog she is and also for us to bring her to your home and see how she seems etc. I am fully dedicated to finding her a home that can give her what she deserves, which we unfortunately cannot, and I don't mind if it takes time. I would also love a home that would be happy to send pictures and give us updates after she is rehomed (not to see her, as this would be confusing, just photos) Jess is approx 6 years old and full of energy. She is neutered. She is a mixed breed of Shepherd and Collie. She loves being the centre of attention and going on long walks. She is great with kids! Other dogs she can be 50:50 on, so obviously it would require meeting in a neutral place to see how they get on if you have other dogs. I am just trying to do best by Jess and be realistic on what we can/can't do for her.
