Description

12-month-old male German Shepherd looking for an experienced and suitable home. He is a young dog with good drive and a naturally defensive nature. He is a dog who enjoys having something to do and would benefit from an experienced handler who understands the breed and is able to provide clear, consistent boundaries and ongoing training. Due to his temperament and drive, he is not suitable for a first-time dog owner and will require a firm, confident and knowledgeable handler. He is being advertised to a home with no children or other pets. He has the potential to suit someone looking for a young GSD for GP/working disciplines, IGP or other dog sports, or an experienced breed home looking for an active dog to continue developing. He is still only 12 months old, so whoever takes him on should be prepared to put the time into his continued training and development. Genuine, experienced enquiries only. I will be selective about where he goes and will want to discuss prospective homes and experience before agreeing to a sale
