Description
We are looking for a new home for our much-loved cockapoo, Lucky, due to a change in family circumstances and not being able to meet his needs in the way he deserves.
Lucky is a very affectionate, cuddly, and people-oriented dog who loves being close to his humans. He has a playful and curious nature and enjoys being active.
About Lucky:
Male cockapoo (born 31/12/2024)
Fully vaccinated (including kennel cough)
Toilet trained and uses a pet flap
Can be left alone for short periods (around 3 hours)
Loves attention, play, and being part of the family
No aggression.
Loves children but is excitable.
Very intelligent - eager to please.
He loves the groomers - goes every 6 weeks.
Things to be aware of:
He is a high-energy dog and needs 1–2 hours of exercise daily
Can be reactive (barking) towards men and other dogs
Gets very excitable around other dogs
Tends to mark on walks
Not crate trained
Needs training on lead walking as he can pull.
He has AVA cockapoo dry food.
Ideal home:

With time and energy to meet his exercise needs
With someone experienced or confident in training and managing reactivity
Where he can have consistent boundaries and attention
Possibly as the only pet, or with careful introductions
