Our lovely sprocker Tara is an amazing Mum and whelped her first litter - 8 strong healthy pups- on 26th July, just days before her 3rd birthday! She is a beautiful friendly and attentive loving country dog and a superb mother. The pups’ Dad, Jäger, is also a lovely natured, gentle & intelligent family pet on a local farm. They are both good country dogs with great temperaments and loving families. Both Tara and Jäger are F1 sprockets, each with Liver and white working Springer dams and black and white working cocker sires (one who is KC registered). The pups have been raised in a busy peaceful home and been handled regularly from a young age, well socialised, with our multi-generation household, visitors, cat and dogs. The pups are currently mid-weaning, on Wainwrights lamb & veg puppy kibble. They have just had their first car-trip to the vets for their puppy health-checks and microchips. They were the stars of the day and amazingly calm and contented, with Tara keeping an eye on them but making sure she got lots of praise too! Happy pups :) The pups have been wormed at 2 weeks (and Mum prior to & immediately after whelping, as per vet’s recommendation) and will be wormed again as a precaution at 5 and 8 weeks. I’m happy to include first vaccination (& later if applicable at extra cost price) unless you prefer to arrange this yourself - I can provide info on the vaccines my vet uses for you to check compatability with your intended vet. Pups will come with a puppy pack including a weeks supply of their puppy food (please make any dietary changes slowly over a week minimum), familiar piece of blanket smelling of mum to help them settle, familiar toy & food bowl, family tree, up to date with flea and worm treatment & info for follow up, 4-weeks free health insurance ready to start, full undocked tails, first vaccination (as above) and microchipped ready to transfer into your name. We are looking for loving forever homes. These pups would make excellent family, solo or working pets. Beautiful natured dogs and lots of fun to be around! A £175 non-returnable deposit is required to reserve your puppy. I’m happy to arrange a home-visit or initial video call for you to meet Tara and her pups , and accept any questions you might have.
