Description
This is an incredibly hard post to write, but our amazing 2 year old tuxedo, Almond (Almond Joy/ Mustachio/Mr Man), is looking for a new home.
We have had Almond since September 2024, after actually seeing him on the Pets4Home platform. He used to live on a farm with his brother and parents before coming to live in the big city with our family.
He is a very funny bean, who you can see basking in the sunlight in his main picture on this advert. He is a little timid at first, but once he is out of his shell, he loves to play. He's not the most vocal love, but when it comes to playing with springs, he's a meow-er.
The decision to rehome Almond is a very difficult one, and has not come without a lot of thought. We have rehomed some lovely cats in the past, but Almond was our baby. We never expected to rehome him, but he has recently grown an aversion to a member of our family.
Truthfully, we aren't sure why this has happened, but he has been unhappy with this family member for a while. It has made living in a small flat quite stressful for both Almond and the member of our family, so we have had to make the very difficult decision to find a new home for him.
Despite this change, we love him very much, and would like the very best home for him. We would like a place that's warm with ample sunlight and people to bask him in love. He has lived with other cats before, but has not lived with dogs (although has seen many a dog when walking in the park).
