Sadly, we’re looking for a loving new home for our beautiful indoor British Blue Shorthair, Luna. Luna is the sweetest, most affectionate cat you could hope to meet. She absolutely adores people and will happily greet anyone new with purrs and by weaving around their legs for attention. She’s incredibly easygoing, loves nothing more than curling up beside her humans for a cuddle, and spends hours happily watching the world go by from the window. If you’re looking for a cat who enjoys companionship and being close to her family, Luna is the perfect match. Luna does need to be the only pet in the household, where she can have all the love and attention to herself. This has been one of the hardest decisions we’ve ever had to make, and we are not rehoming Luna because we don’t love her. We have two cats from different litters who have lived together since they were 13 weeks old. Sadly, as they’ve gotten older, they’ve developed an ongoing dislike for each other, which can get physical. We’ve tried everything we can think of to help them live together peacefully, but despite our best efforts, nothing has worked. We’ve reached the heartbreaking conclusion that to give both cats the happy and stress-free life they deserve as they enter their senior years, one of them needs a new home. Luna is the more adaptable and easygoing of the two, which is why we’ve made this incredibly difficult decision. She has never shown any dislike towards people and genuinely seems to love everyone she meets. Finding the right home is our absolute priority. We’d love to meet anyone interested in adopting Luna, as it’s so important to us that she goes to someone who will give her the love, care, and companionship she truly deserves. We aren’t in a rush - we’re simply looking for the perfect forever home for our wonderful girl. She’s microchipped and fully vaccinated, with her next annual vaccination taking place on 24th July.
