Anna was great, she kindly answered all our questions, prepared the relevant information/documents relating to vets, flea/worming, weight records etc. We were able to view with the mum and siblings. When we got our kitten home, he’s settled in very well, ate straight away, used the toilet and slept through the night with very little crying. We still need to visit our vet to get him into the system, but one happy, healthy kitten

It is evident that Anna loves her animals and gives them the very best start in life. Our 10 week old tabby has been extremely well trained, is clean, and has just received a pleasing health review from our vet. We are so grateful for the time Anna devoted to our visit. We sat with the mother and siblings for quite a while and left feeling we had certainly made the right choice. Communication was great all along. Kitten settling in fine.
