Unlike many breeders who keep puppies in kennels, our puppies are part of everyday life. This gives them the very best start, making them happy, confident, and well-adjusted.
We believe that a home environment is essential for the healthy development and wellbeing of puppies. Dachshunds, in particular, do not do well in kennel environments. In kennels, puppies often miss out on the vital early socialisation that comes from being handled, cuddled and included in family life.

Not the best choice for first time owners because Dachshunds often have a mind of their own
Care must be taken with puppies because they must not be allowed to jump up or down from anywhere because it could damage their backs and joints
They are prone to putting on too much weight if not given enough daily exercise
