Looking to rehome my 6 lovely ladies, they are used to a quiet home with no other pets or children, would prefer someone experienced as this has not been an easy decision for me at all Aguilera: brown and white rex (1.5 years) Mai: black and white hooded (1.5 years) Shortcrust: albino hooded (smooth, full stripe)(1year) Crumble: albino rex (1year) Flan: albino hooded (smooth, broken stripe)(1year) Miss "Peach" Cobbler: albino ginger and white hooded rex (1year) Aguilera and Mai are slightly older and i've had them since they were born, kept from an accidental litter that someone had given me The other 4 albino ladies I got from Pets at Home Peach, Aguilera and Shortcrust are definitely the more confident ones! They don't much care for being handled but they will tolerate it, they are just nosy and want to explore, always the ones coming to the front of the cage. Crumble is a real head swayer and she definitely struggles with her sight, she has been known to nip if you put your hand right in front of her but it's not aggressive, she just can't see well. I usually give her a treat and then pick her up so she can't get me haha. Mai is a bit more nervous and will squeak if you pick her up but she gets over it. Flan is the real piece of work, she's just terrified of everything and always has been, i cannot handle her, she just screams and urinates when you try so I gave up after a while. She's a lovely rat (big lady as well) and has never ever bitten me but she gets so frightened that i found it's kinder to just clean around her and leave her be. She still comes to the front and will take food off you sometimes, she likes being talked to softly as well but any movement and she's off. I've always fed them with my own rat mix, any questions let me know :] I'm severely heartbroken over this, I love them so much but I've been keeping rats for many years now and I'm really struggling with my mental health and my other pets, they deserve more from me :( I don't want anything for them, just a wonderful home to spend what life they have left in.
