Description

We have a lovely litter of 4 kittens in total – one has now been reserved, leaving 3 looking for their forever, loving homes: 2 boys and 1 little girl. They will be 7 weeks old this Tuesday, and are a wonderful mix: half Domestic Shorthair, half Domestic Longhair, giving them beautifully soft, medium‑long fluffy coats, particularly on their chests, bellies and tails. 🧡 About Our Kittens & Upbringing These kittens have had the very best start in life: • Raised with BOTH parents: Their mother AND father are our much‑loved family cats, fully part of our home – both can be met when you visit, so you can see their lovely, friendly temperaments for yourself. • Fantastic socialisation: They live alongside and are completely used to our 3 dogs – so they are confident, unafraid, and perfectly comfortable around other animals, different sounds and a busy household. • Family raised: Born inside our home, handled gently every single day from birth – they are used to human voices, touch and daily activity. They are friendly, curious, playful, affectionate and full of individual personalities. • Hygiene & habits: They are already eating a mix of good‑quality wet and dry kitten food, drinking well, and are fully litter trained – using their tray reliably. • Health & care: They will stay with us until 12 weeks old – this extra time means they are properly developed, fully weaned, and receive their complete first course of kitten vaccinations before leaving – giving them the healthiest possible start in their new home. They will also be flea treated and wormed regularly as recommended for their age. 📅 Ready to go home: 12th September 2026- viewings and reservations are welcome NOW so you don’t miss 📜 Important Terms & Simple Contract We are very particular about where our kittens go, so all new owners agree to a straightforward signed contract to protect their welfare throughout their lives: 1. ✅ Neutering / Spaying: You agree to have your kitten neutered or spayed by the age of 6 months old. We may ask for a quick copy of the vet’s certificate as proof once done. 2. ❌ Not for breeding: This kitten is sold strictly as a beloved family pet only – breeding is not permitted under any circumstances. 3. 🤝 Lifetime Promise: If at any point in the future – for whatever reason – you are no longer able to keep or care for this kitten, you must contact me first. You agree never to rehome, sell or pass them on to someone else, or take them to a rescue centre or shelter without speaking to me first. I will always be here to help take them back or find them a new suitable home. 💰 Price & Booking Details • Price per kitten: £350 • Secure your choice: A £100 NON‑REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve a specific kitten – this amount is deducted from the total price. • Remaining balance: £250 is payable in full on the day you collect your kitten. • Deposit will be fully refunded only in the unlikely event I am unable to provide the kitten you have chosen – if you change your mind or cancel, the deposit will be kept to cover time, care and reserved availability. 📍 Location: Witham, Essex – easy access from surrounding areas 📩 Please message me only if you are fully happy and willing to agree to all the above conditions.
