We've got some incredibly exciting news to share and it all starts with the amazing heart of our mama to be, Lady Penelope or Penny as we call her.
If you look at the cover picture you'll see Penny (our gorgeous fawn Pug) with a tiny rescue duckling named Batta. Penny has always had this unbelievable mothering instinct. We found Batta just a day old next to the river on his own we think the duck's mother left the nest with chicks while Batta was still hatching. Penny took him in completely. She protected him, cleaned him, and basically treated him like her own puppy until he was big enough to join a proper duck compound belonging to a friend in West Sussex. Knowing how devoted she was to Batta tells us everything about the wonderful mum she is going to be, which is why we're so thrilled about her pregnancy!
Penny was mated with the lovely Bruce 11th of October, a fantastic, beautifully tempered Cocker Spaniel with those striking white and black spots. Both Penny and Bruce are health checked and fully KC registered, ensuring the best start for the litter.
We recently had her scan, and we think we have four, maybe even five, little heartbeats! That's a lovely healthy number for this pairing.
The best part about these puppies is the mix, they will be those absolutely gorgeous Cocker Pugs with a slightly more pointed face than a typical Pug and long spaniel furry ears. This means they will benefit from easier breathing which is so important to us.

We are only looking for forever homes that will love these pups as deeply as Penny loved her Batta. We are not after the money but truly lovely families who will look after these babies just like we love Penny. Penny is due to deliver around the 8th of Dec, You are always welcome to come and visit mama and Bruce here on the farm. Since I work from home you are welcome to come and visit the pups at any time once they are safely here. Her due date is between 8th to 13th of December.
