This little lady is Miso and she has recently turned one. We adopted her from pets at home last September. For a while now, Miso has been biting at the chicken wire on her lidded enclosure, indicating some stress. Miso is in a 100cmx50cm Pawhut enclosure with enrichment so the only thing we can think of is that she is needing a bigger enclosure. Unfortunately we cannot provide this for her and feel she would be happier in a home where she can have slightly more space, in the hope she starts to settle down. We have become increasingly stressed trying to figure out how best to help her. Miso is comfortable being handled and has never bitten. She loves vegetables and her favourite (occasional) treat is banana porridge! Miso will be rehomed with her accessories including a wheel, willow tunnel, ceramic hides etc and her current hamster food mix but no enclosure due to needing a larger one in her new home.
