This is an incredibly difficult advert to write, but I am looking for a very special home for my beautiful girl Storm. Storm is a two-year-old traditional German Shepherd with a lovely flat back. I have had her since she was a puppy and she is quite simply one of the kindest, gentlest dogs you could ever meet. She has a wonderfully steady, gentle temperament and isn’t a nervy or reactive German Shepherd. In the whole time I have owned her, I have never even heard her growl. She will, of course, bark to let you know if someone knocks at the door or if she sees someone unfamiliar around the property. For example, if workmen are in the garden and she can see them through the window, she will bark. She is still a German Shepherd and will alert you when something unusual is happening, but I have never known her to show aggression towards anyone. Storm is incredibly gentle and is wonderful with dogs, puppies and children. She is loyal, affectionate, beautifully mannered and loves to please. She is a very straightforward, easy girl to live with. Genuine reason for rehoming, which will be explained to prospective owners. She is only two and has her whole life ahead of her. I would love to see her going out on adventures, exploring new places, enjoying lovely walks and being someone’s very special girl. Storm is: • Two years old • Spayed • House trained • Vaccinated (DHP is still current. If her new owner decides to use Lepto it will need to be restarted). • Up to date with flea and worm treatment • Walks well on the lead • Travels very well in the car • Excellent with other dogs and puppies • Wonderful with children • Gentle, loyal and affectionate • Well mannered and eager to please 🌟 Storm has been spayed and is therefore not suitable for breeding. She is also not suitable for protection, security or guarding work. She is far too soft and gentle-natured for that, and I will not consider homes looking for a German Shepherd for those purposes. 🌟 I am looking for someone who genuinely wants a much-loved pet and companion. Someone who wants her beside them, takes her places, gives her adventures and makes her a real part of their everyday life. This is a heartbreaking decision for me and finding the right home is far more important than finding one quickly. She will only leave me for an exceptional, five-star home. I will want to speak properly with anyone interested and learn about the home and life they can offer her before arranging a meeting or taking a deposit. Storm is a genuinely lovely, gentle girl. There is absolutely nothing wrong with her and she is being rehomed through no fault of her own. I want her to have the opportunity to be someone’s very special dog and to live her very best life.
