Bug is a pet and my personal working gun dog. He passed his kennel club working test on 01/03/23 and is KENNEL CLUB ACTIVITY REGISTERED. I use him for beating and picking up, we undergo regular training and he has competed in gun dog competitions and scurry’s where he has collected multiple Rosettes. He is a loyal and kind hearted dog but will work his socks off when asked to. Hunts methodically and very controllable. Works fur, feather and dummies with ease. He hits cover hard and aims to please, a very honest dog boasting the ability to switch on and off. Loves swimming and retrieving. He has been an absolute joy to train and learns quickly. Videos can be provided of him working, in training, competitions and on shoot days. He has no behavioural issues and is wonderfully gentle with children with a calm temperament. We got through to run offs at kirkbourne nationals for top spaniel, through to jixenwell national open gundog finals at Sandringham two years running and placed 5th overall (highest scoring cocker) and many more achievements under his belt including a 1st place Novive and a 1st place in a Open working test against KC dogs. Superbly balanced dog who is quiet and complimented on his working abilities and temperament frequently.
